After Sales Campaign Just part of a large after sales campaign for Hyundai including dealership exhibitions and window decals. Research showed that Hyundai post-warranty servicing was perceived as expensive and often included added bills that the customer wasn't expecting. The 'No Sting' campaign resulted in a national uplift in after-sales servicing. A survey showed an increase in customer confidence and understanding of the Hyundai AS duty of care.
